TG-1280DA Water Bath Chamber

Section 1- Information

1. Introduction

Model TG-1280DA water bath chamber is specially designed in accordance with API specification 10 and in full compliance with GB10238-2005 (oil well cement national standard), it is used for the conservation of cement specimen.

TG-1280DA includes temperature heating parts and stainless steel cabinet parts. You can add multiple specimen conservation. Temperature can be controlled by temperature controller.

Section 2- Installation and Modify

After instrument’s arrival, please check and accept in time. Removal should be carefully done while opening the box. After place the instrument well, fix it, and then examine all components: temperature controller, connected components, terminals and so on. Connect the power line well. Pour the water to an appropriate location in the box. Turn on the power, set up target temperature, and open the heater. If heated properly, it can be used for equipment modify.

Section 3- Operation

1. Temperature Controller

Temperature value set adjustment method: Press "SET" button, and then the next row light is on. Press ▲or▼ to adjust the value. If other values need to be changed, press R/S to adjust. Press “SET” to return. The changed value is setting temperature value, displayed in SV, and the actual temperature is displayed in PV.

Self-tuning of the settings approach:

First set up temperature at 80℃. Press "SET" button without moving until AL1 parameter appears. Continue to press "SET" button, change the parameter until the ATU appears. Then press R / S key, adjusting the value to 0001. At last, press "SET" button to return to the original interface.

OUT1 light on means in output state. AT light on means in auto-tuning state. After self-tuning ends, AT light goes out.

Section 4 - Operation Steps

1. All switches should be turned off before experiment.

2. Turn on the power switch, adjust the temperature controller, and set all parameters to needed value.

3. Open the heater switch, making it reach target temperature.

4. Combine copper test module well. Prepare slurry cement in accordance with GB10238-88 in the preparation method.

5. Pour well-prepared slurry into copper test module until full, and assemble the tryout.

6. Curing in the pre-set temperature water tank. After reaching the time required for testing, remove the test mode. And then the experiment ends.

Section 5- Maintenance

1. After each test, mode should be carefully cleaned and coated with petroleum jelly.

2. Maintain tryout well, and keep mode neat, smooth and clean.

3. Maintain water clean in the tank and change the water frequently.
