Quality assurance and after sales service

Shenyang Taige Oil Equipment(Manufacturer) is committed to providing global service and support to our customers, and is fully responsible for the quality of the products provided (including test instruments, their spare parts, and cementing additives).

The service policy of "one year quality warranty and lifelong maintenance" is implemented for the equipment and instruments sold by Manufacturer within 12 months from the date of installation, commissioning and acceptance. The six-month warranty period is applied to cementing additives.

In case of any fault that the customer cannot solve and needs the cooperation of the manufacturer, the manufacturer shall respond and provide technical support within 24 hours after receiving the customer's phone call or written notice. If field technical service is required, manufacturer will assign technician to the designated service place in promised days.

During transportation, the manufacturer shall ensure that the equipment and parts will not be damaged, lost, deformed, damp and corroded during transportation.

After the equipment and oilfield chemicals are delivered, the manufacturer is obliged to provide technical training according to the customer's requirements. The training contents shall include the principle, structure, use, fault diagnosis and elimination, operation, maintenance and other contents of the equipment.

During the warranty period: If the equipment damage and failure caused by design, manufacturing, assembly and material quality of the products provided by the manufacturer are found, the manufacturer shall be responsible for unconditional repair or replacement; if the equipment is out of service due to the manufacturer's responsibility, the manufacturer shall repair and restore the equipment to normal use within the time required by customer for free, and the warranty period shall be extended accordingly according to the actual shutdown time.  If the manufacturer has any objection to the claim, it shall be submitted in writing within 7 days after receiving the customer's notice, otherwise, it shall be deemed that the customer's repair and replacement request is acknowledged. In case of replacement, the manufacturer shall replace it with qualified and high-quality products in time.

After the warranty period: Both parties shall maintain a long-term service relationship, and the manufacturer's service shall be timely and thoughtful. From servicing your instruments to training your technicians, our goal is to create a long term relationship by offering you proactive solutions that will address your needs during the lifetime of your test instrument.

Properly performed routine maintenance and calibration is required to ensure the long-term reliability of instruments. The damage of wearing parts and the equipment damage caused by the customer's improper use are not covered by the warranty. However, the manufacturer is obliged to actively cooperate with the customer to restore the equipment to normal use.
